I must admit that I did not know that I had so much endurance. That just goes to show you that sometimes you limit yourself from achieving your true potential. Despite the strenuous exercises I can say that it was fun and the learning objectives were achieved. Most importantly I have learnt what is needed to be a GOOD leader and after working on my weaknesses, I believe I too can be a GOOD leader .
The bonding and motivation displayed by the entire class was commendable and I hope we have the same experience in Panama.
